Name: Otis
Breed: Ragdoll
Age: Adult
Size: Small
Gender: Male
Otis is a very handsome boy. He's a purebred, pedigreed
Ragdoll and he weighs about 12 lbs. He gets along OK with kids 8 years or older. He has always lived with other cats; tends to dominate them in a passive sort of way. He has lived briefly with dogs, but doesn't like them. Otis has to be an indoor only kitty, as he has been declawed. This shouldn't be a problem, as he is very faithful about using his litter pan. Otis was allergic to chicken when younger. Don't know if he's outgrown that or not. If you are interested in adopting Otis, please call Lu Shoberg at 408-923-9257. Note that Otis will be shown by appointment only.

Name: Mammouth
Breed: Maine Coon mix
Age: Adult
Size: Small
Gender: Male
My name is Mammouth because I'm big, slow and woolly like a mammoth. My picture doesn't show it because it was taken right after I was first rescued. I'm even cuter than that in life. I am a male Maine Coon mix who is about 6-8 years old and I currently weigh about 15 lbs.
I'm looking for a kind and gentle caretaker, a life-long companion, someone to call my very own. I was abandoned by my original owners and wandered for months and months, starving, until I was just literally skin and bones. Likely delirious from hunger, I was hit by a car while trying to cross a street, but fortunately nothing was broken. I do have a bit of a wobble with my front legs that the vet thinks could be related to nerve damage but for which (after having gotten a second and third opinion) there is nothing that needs to be done.
I was taken in by a kind lady who already had a kitty brood of her own and sadly they never accepted me and I got quite lonely. My foster mom is helping me to find my forever loving home where I will be loved, and accepted and well cared for.
If you are interested in filling your heart and home with lot's of big, fluffy love and happiness, contact elizabeth@carepets.org to arrange an appointment to meet me. Maybe you'll get to see the cute "trick" I do for TJ cat treats which my foster mom has plenty of.

Name: Norton
Breed: DSH-orange and white
Age: Young
Size: Medium
Gender: Male
Hi, my name is Norton and I am playful. People don't realize I am playful but I am. I am very curious too. I like to follow my foster mom around the house or play with the other cats. If I am in the mood, I will fetch my kitty ball when my foster Mom or Dad throws it. I am a young adult, only a year old. I need a forever family who will love me for who I am. If you are that person, email my foster mom, Laurie at catzsoft@yahoo.com.
